Make a professional referral

Tell us about a potential referral and we will contact you to discuss suitability, availability and the next step.

Who the pilot is for: adults with convictions, including people leaving prison, and former Armed Forces personnel who would benefit from beginner-friendly digital skills and mentoring.

What happens next: this form starts a conversation; it does not confirm a place. We will review the enquiry and contact the referrer before requesting any sensitive information.

Referral email: referrals@youcancic.org.uk

Please do not include conviction details, health records, risk information or other sensitive personal data in this initial form. We will agree an appropriate way to share information if it is required for suitability or safeguarding.

Please keep this to non-sensitive information, for example: “adult leaving custody who needs basic IT confidence for online services and employment applications”.

We will use these details to respond to the referral enquiry. Read our privacy information.
