Programme Director / Project Lead
Ade leads programme development and delivery planning, drawing on experience in supported accommodation and community support through Ikija Care, including work with adults rebuilding their lives after prison. His role covers programme leadership, stakeholder and referral relationships, safeguarding oversight, delivery coordination and funder accountability.
Director – Operations, Quality & Compliance
Anthony supports the operational systems behind the programme, including quality assurance, policies, programme records, evidence collection and compliance. He works with the wider team to make sure delivery is structured, accountable and capable of demonstrating outcomes.
Director – Partnerships, Referrals & Engagement
Simon focuses on community connections, referral relationships and participant engagement. His role includes developing partnerships, supporting referral pathways and helping shape an approach that recognises the extra encouragement some participants may need to start and stay engaged.
