This website introduces the proposed YouCan initiative by GenesysCare and Ikija Care.

Contacting us

Email links open your own email application. Alternatively, our forms collect your name, email address, optional telephone and organisation details, your message and, for programme enquiries, your enquiry type and preferred service base. These details are used to respond to your enquiry. Please include only your contact details and a brief outline of your enquiry. Do not send medical records, conviction details or other confidential documents in an initial email.

Form delivery

Messages are routed to hello@youcancic.org.uk or referrals@youcancic.org.uk. The website does not keep a separate database of submissions. Your email and message will be processed by our web and email hosting services. Technical spam checks may temporarily process a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions.

Website data

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Its contact and programme enquiry forms send the details you provide to the YouCan team by email. The hosting provider may process technical access logs when you visit.

Before referrals begin

Before collecting detailed referral information, YouCan will provide a full privacy notice identifying the responsible organisation, the purposes and lawful basis for processing, who information may be shared with, retention periods and your rights.
